“Balaam knows his stuff and is obviously interested in what he does. That’s good. His English is OK, but a number of times he did not understand my questions, and I did not catch what he was saying. I’ve travelled all my life and am comfortable with accents. We unfortunately had a tour of about a dozen people, which is too many—especially considering that it wasn’t cheap. I learned a lot and enjoyed it, but it certainly wasn’t perfect.”

The only suggestion we have is for the itinerary to include how much time at each stop and bathroom breaks so people know in advance for planning purposes.
