“I couldn’t tell from the reviews what exactly to bring or wear because I wasn’t sure about lockers/changing areas/order of events. The order of events won’t be decided until you get there, but there are lockers and dressing rooms. Make sure you wear water shoes or rubber shoes or something for atv as I was silly and wore fabric tennis shoes which were impossible to clean off. Everything was great and the guides were so helpful the entire way through!”

“They split up our group so that more experienced riders could go fast, which was really nice for them! We had to pay an extra $80 each upon arrival for entrance fee and insurance which was a bit of a bait and switch. Lunch was great and the margaritas were strong! $1600 for 6 people total, which included pictures. You can’t take ANY pictures of the camels. I would give five stars if they were up front about price!”

“I wouldn't recommend this tour. It was listed as 2 hours but took over 5, which made us miss another tour we had booked. Pickup was on time, but the driver wasn't very polite and drove in a way that felt unsafe. The bus was completely full, and seating felt awkward, including one person from a group of 2 sitting next to the driver for 50 minutes (the tour location is actually that far). Once we arrived, we had to wait 30+ minutes for another group, and the location itself wasn't very clean and had construction going on. The ATV ride itself was fun with a couple of photo stops…”

The performances were amazing to watch and very entertaining. The cenote, was not for me. My top latch on the life jacket came off when I jumped in and I panicked. I recommend that you all check every one's life jacket for safety issues and defaults.”
