“I wouldn't recommend this tour. It was listed as 2 hours but took over 5, which made us miss another tour we had booked. Pickup was on time, but the driver wasn't very polite and drove in a way that felt unsafe. The bus was completely full, and seating felt awkward, including one person from a group of 2 sitting next to the driver for 50 minutes (the tour location is actually that far). Once we arrived, we had to wait 30+ minutes for another group, and the location itself wasn't very clean and had construction going on. The ATV ride itself was fun with a couple of photo stops…”

“Know ahead of time! Our family of four paid $50 per person for this ATV ride. We were scheduled to be picked up at 1:10 PM at our hotel and the shuttle did not get here until an hour later. The ride to the excursion was an hour away and coming back it took about two hours because, they went clear out of the way to drop another couple off. So our ATV ride that was supposed to start at 2 o’clock did not start until 4 o’clock. When you get there, they charge an extra $25 per person for an automatic ATV. And they want another $25 per person…”

We upgraded to a private tour guide (great decision) but also upgraded to a side by side which yes, was more safe, but not worth an extra $100. Definitely stick with the old fashioned 4 wheeler/quad. The views were amazing, it seemed as if they treated and trained the animals very well. I would not recommend the horseback riding to someone who is not in shape because of the steep climbs the horses have to make.”
