“Not in the ocean as claimed the water brackish water and not clear at all. I was extremely disappointed because I am a very big snorkle person. Going down the lazy river in the mangroves was fun. The bike ride was fun wish it was longer saw a lot of iguana. Food was just okay. Definitely not in the united States but they did their best. The park over all is very small and for 160.00 American dollars to go is over priced!! The drive from cancun is 1:45 minute drive!!!!!”

The pickup and drop-off port experiences were very easy to navigate with plenty of uniformed staff available to help. The boat ride was quite pleasant. We sat on the top deck at the bow of the boat and the views were magnificent. We bought round-trip tickets and the boats leave from both endpoints on the hour.
