The order of events won’t be decided until you get there, but there are lockers and dressing rooms. Make sure you wear water shoes or rubber shoes or something for atv as I was silly and wore fabric tennis shoes which were impossible to clean off. Everything was great and the guides were so helpful the entire way through!”

We had to pay an extra $80 each upon arrival for entrance fee and insurance which was a bit of a bait and switch. Lunch was great and the margaritas were strong! $1600 for 6 people total, which included pictures. You can’t take ANY pictures of the camels. I would give five stars if they were up front about price!”

Pickup was on time, but the driver wasn't very polite and drove in a way that felt unsafe. The bus was completely full, and seating felt awkward, including one person from a group of 2 sitting next to the driver for 50 minutes (the tour location is actually that far). Once we arrived, we had to wait 30+ minutes for another group, and the location itself wasn't very clean and had construction going on. The ATV ride itself was fun with a couple of photo stops…”

You get 30 minutes for each cenote, which felt like a decent amount of time. Lots of fun jumping off all the platforms! They also have a rope under water where you can hold on and chill in the water while you watch everyone else jump off the platforms, great idea instead of treading water. Also, bonus excursion was the bumpy road ride with an open air vehicle we rode in (to get to the cenotes) on a fast, bumpy, and curvy dirt road. And the two shrimp…”
