The order of events won’t be decided until you get there, but there are lockers and dressing rooms. Make sure you wear water shoes or rubber shoes or something for atv as I was silly and wore fabric tennis shoes which were impossible to clean off. Everything was great and the guides were so helpful the entire way through!”

“Great tour guide Eric, and the tequila history lesson and tasting was fun and interesting! The coffee tequila was a group favorite! You get 30 minutes for each cenote, which felt like a decent amount of time. Lots of fun jumping off all the platforms! They also have a rope under water where you can hold on and chill in the water while you watch everyone else jump off the platforms, great idea instead of treading water. Also, bonus excursion was the bumpy road ride with an open air vehicle we rode in (to get to the cenotes) on a fast, bumpy, and curvy dirt road. And the two shrimp…”

“We booked this tour for a group of 13. While the tour itself was okay, two major issues significantly ruined the experience. First, upon arrival, we were hit with a mandatory $12 per person "insurance" fee. This was not disclosed during booking. Although the waiver form had an "I do not want insurance" option, the guide insisted it was compulsory and made everyone pay. This is a hidden fee and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Second, the return transportation was terribly mismanaged. After the tour is completed, we back to the gift shop and were told to wait 10 minutes for the van. After 30 minutes, we were let into…”

“Small organized Mayan jungle excursion area. Our activity leader Andy was great but didn’t enjoy all the nickle and dimming throughout the day. We start at check-in in their main shop where they mention concerns with safety of your eyes and face during the atvs but do not offer equipment as part of the package. Instead, they want everyone to purchase their own safety equipment (sunglasses, goggles, face covers, etc.). It’s Mexico and I know they are trying to make a few extra $$ but that gave me bad vibes right away. Overall, not bad for the price.”
