Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

He new a short cut around the traffic which was nice to not have to wait in traffic. Great experience all around.”
