“At first I wasn’t sure- we were waiting and people were getting on a boat ahead of us and we were told it wasn’t ours because ‘they paid more for the catamaran’ and the boat picked us up about 40 min late from the time we were given. “Meeting location was incorrect - we eventually found them while giving up on finding them. Map showed them at a different location. We reserved 2 jeeps, but they put us in the same jeep. We asked to take the top off the jeep and were told NO. Our windshield was cracked, the A/C barely worked and the interior was dirty. There was no way for us to communicate with the driver - we wanted to stop on the "wild side" of the island but the driver kept driving. The tequila tasting was nice, but the price was $$$. “Our guide was wonderful! When booking, we didn't realize the jade caverns weren't a good/safe spot for swimming or snorkeling. Turns out there is a lot of bats there, the water is pretty dirty, and the area is full of people crowding around to take photos really. Snorkeling is available at the beach club, but that's also the lunch location, so it would be very rushed. The included lunch is pretty minimal. I wish we could have skipped the tasting entirely; everyone there seemed annoyed that we weren't interested in tequila and wanted nothing to do with that.”

“Carlos, Omar, and Berenice helped us have the most perfect day in Cozumel! We stopped at 3 stops to snorkel and saw turtles, starfish, stingrays, and many colored fish! We then got to hang out at a sandbar and had stingrays go right by us! Great drinks, ceviche, and fruit were served! The group also let us put on any music we requested and made it easy to get on and off the boat. Berenice took great photos that we got to purchase afterwards. Would definitely book this excursion again and request Berenice!”

“Honestly there’s not much to the park. There’s a half-hour or so sea lion show which was neat and the tequila tasting was fun. Aside from that there’s a bunch of vendors trying to sell you the typical trinkets. They have a nice snorkel area. The “all-inclusive” option is simply a choice at a specific restaurant there to have a BASIC menu item and two basic drinks. Overall, not that great and the prices are significantly marked up on mixed drinks if you want anything else. $20 mixed drinks, etc… All in all if you can go to the mainland you’d have a MUCH better time going to xcaret or…”

“We loved every part of it! We went with 4 people in their 40s and a 12 year old in our group. Older people and small kids were on boat as well. Everyone appeared to have a great time. Even if you choose not to snorkel (you should though, even if you are new to it!) looking through the boat down in the water is worth the trip! We felt very safe and would recommend to anyone! Thanks!”

“We couldn’t go on the catamaran because we couldn’t go at the time we made the reservation because of time restraint from cruise, so they took us at an earlier time just my family and I on a smaller boat. Still visited same spots. We couldn’t be happier it was so beautiful, we live in the Florida keys used to clear water but nothing like this it was absolutely breathtaking. I recommend 110%”

“Good snorkeling, good guys, ceviche was good, large sting rays seim right up to you on the last spot you stop, pretty cool! They are soft to the touch. A variety of fish, sharks (small ones) star fish, sting rays and sometimes turtles. Boat was smaller but adequate. Thank you cCaptain and Simon”
