“Waitstaff was very attentive, food was great, drinks were mid but plus side on this is you can turn right back around and ask for another. Rocky beach so if you have sensitive feet wear water shoes. I didn't and was fine, however my teen did get a small cut on her toe. Inflatables were fun im short so i had to swim to them and back, heard a guy say he could touch the bottom barely with his tippy toes and he looked pretty tall so probably gets to around 6ish feet or deeper give or take (to the furthest inflatables). My kids snorkeled closer to the paradise side…”

“Honestly there’s not much to the park. There’s a half-hour or so sea lion show which was neat and the tequila tasting was fun. Aside from that there’s a bunch of vendors trying to sell you the typical trinkets. They have a nice snorkel area. The “all-inclusive” option is simply a choice at a specific restaurant there to have a BASIC menu item and two basic drinks. Overall, not that great and the prices are significantly marked up on mixed drinks if you want anything else. $20 mixed drinks, etc… All in all if you can go to the mainland you’d have a MUCH better time going to xcaret or…”

“We had a wonderful day at this all-inclusive beach resort and felt it was excellent value for money. There were plenty of sunbeds available, so we never had any trouble finding a spot. A waiter regularly came around to take drink orders and was extremely polite, professional, and attentive. He was always nearby, making sure we were well looked after throughout the day. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of Mexican food. The beach itself was clean and well maintained, and the water was beautifully clear. Everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. “Seeing turtles and lots of star fish. Gio was a great guide. Noah was an excellent boat captain. Poncho took great pictures for us. This tour would have been 5 stars had they have better life jackets to snorkel in. My wife does not know how to swim and just having a waist floater made her uncomfortable to snorkel. She was not able to enjoy this trip as much as when we went last year in August 2023 where she was provided a life jacket to snorkel in.”
