Prices were higher but they have new water slides everyone was very excited about - only thing is: we get there and you MUST have a closed toe shoe for the water slides. Not a damn thing in any of our information said this ahead of time (and as experienced water park attendees - that is not something we’ve come across before). We have attended Xplor twice before and always wore flip flops/sandals just fine or been barefoot for certain attractions. The choice was “buy…”

“This was our favorite excursion on our vacation. It is very expensive but was worth it. The drinks were great and the company of the other guests was super fun. It was beautiful to see the harbor at night and we toured around all of the best locations at the tip of the Peninsula at sunset. Service was excellent as well. My only criticism would be that there was no actual dessert and I was never offered any coffee or tea as described in the brochure.”

“The QR codes we were emailed did not work. We were sent to another office to get PAPER tickets. By the time we were finished with that and boarded the boat there was no place to sit. We had to stand the entire trip. The show was ok. Just acrobatics no 'pirate fighting' to speak of. The young man doing pictures seemed to be a scammer. Every person that paid in cash had problems with him. It was not until another guest got forcefully in his face, did he produce pictures and change. However, this was 20 minutes after everyone else had left the boat.”
