“We booked the transportation to hotel for 9:30 .. the driver came at 8:30 and expected us to be ready .. I had sent numerous emails the night before to confirm 9:30 pick up. Suffice to say they left and never came back! They sent me a partial refund which will be disputed with American Express .. partial refund for a trip they screwed up..
