“We had an unfortunate incident where our flight was cancelled and we couldn't make it to Cancun until the next day. We were all devastated. We were BEYOND grateful that Excellence Transfers were so understanding and took some of the stress out of the day. They moved our reservation to the landing time of our next flight and we're there to pick us up on time. Rosie took great care of us and I will recommend this company to everyone I know.”
