“Clear communication that the start of the trip would be at 9 a.m, but the driver came to the pick-up spot at 9.30. Overall poor communication from the company. The trip should’ve included an English speaking person, but our driver didn’t speak English at all. Great person though. Pretty odd that no water was included either. Chichen Itza guide was very good and the Cenotes visited were very nice. When looking at the price vs competition, still very much worth it.”

“This tour was well run, on time and the transportation was comfortable. The first cenote we visited a small family run cenote that was really interesting. Our group was the only one there and we really enjoyed that visit. The second/third cenotes (they are connected by a tunnel which unfortunately was closed that day) were much more commercialized and extremely crowded. There were two busloads from a cruise ship there and it was so loud it wasn't very enjoyable. However on the positive side the tour guide from the cruise ship gave a lot of interesting commentary and told us the history of the cenote and even had the cenote…”

The last cenote was a bit pricey for what it offers as it’s kinda new and doesn’t have great infrastructures, but still worth it for the private experience (only my boyfriend and I in the cenote).
