“I arrived on a Saturday and had to provide my flight number and time so they had all the information about my flight in case of any delays. They let you know once you arrive into Tulum airport to go by the Starbucks once you get past the security checkpoint and someone will be there with your name on a sign. Our flight arrived on time and I sent the coordinator updates via text as well to let him know we were at baggage claim waiting for our bags. Once we got to the Starbucks at 4 pm there was absolutely nobody with a sign and our name on it…”

“We landed in Cancún at 6pm. By the time we cleared customs and picked up our bags, it was 7:00. We immediately notified the transfer company, as soon as we had our luggage (at 7pm). Despite this, the pick-up did not take place until 8:10 pm, or 1:10 am, with two young children, after an 11-hour flight. Pros: the driver finally picked us up and he was very friendly, which we appreciated.Auto-translated”

“Taxi cancelled just as we landed in Cancun!! Driver blanked my calls then the main office also blanked my calls. We had paid for it upfront and were due to be taken to Tulum. Abandoned at the airport with our money and no word from them at all. Do not book, do not risk being in the position we were in. Ruined the start of our holiday, it was not calming or relaxing in the slightest. We had to pay a fortune (£300) to get a one way taxi to Tulum last minute. So disappointed and let down. Do not recommend in the slightest !!!”
